SABIC’s site in Geleen, the Netherlands, is one of the company’s largest integrated manufacturing and innovation hubs in Europe. For SABIC, we provided end-to-end event management and support for key events including the Onboarding event and the LDPE Safety Conference 2026, organizing everything from A to Z. From strategy and follow-up meetings to project and vendor management, we coordinated all logistical and practical elements to ensure a smooth and well-executed event experience. We also managed the creative design of event materials and supported the events with professional photography and videography, capturing key moments and creating engaging visual content that could extend the reach and impact of each event beyond the day itself.
